If you are looking for an easy and quick salad this vegan wiener kidney beans salad is just right. It comes together in only a few minutes and after a little time in the fridge it is great at a cold buffet or as a quick dinner.
I like it best with Tofu-Wieners from Taifun. They are deliciously smoky and have substance. Enjoy!
- 1 pk. vegan wieners
- 1 can sweet corn
- 1 small can kidney beans
- 10 medium-sized baby pickles
- 4 tbsp pickle juice
- 1 tsp savory
- 1 tsp curry powder
- Drain and rinse the corn and kidney beans. Slice the sausages and pickles.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and season to taste with salt and pepper. Let rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, better 1 hour before serving.
