Overnight Oats, are a super yummy and easy breakfast. When letting the oats steep in liquid they are easier to digest afterwards and in combination with the yoghurt they are super creamy.
You can make overnight oats in a million ways. With water, milk or yoghurt, apples, pear and berries and much more… This is how I like them best. In soy milk steeped oats with slightly sourly soy yoghurt, banana and sweet caramel-like maple syrup.
Enjoy your breakfast!
- 4 tbsp oats
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) soy milk
- 100 g (5 tbsp) soy yoghurt
- 1 small banana
- 1 tbsp walnuts, chopped
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- Pour over the soy milk over the oats and let steep overnight in the fridge.
- Mix the yoghurt with the oats and dress with banana slices and walnuts. Drizzle maple syrup over.
