In my last post I mentioned I want to eat healthier again. I think a healthy diet also contains sweets. Healthy treats. Energy balls are the perfect healthy sweet.
For those who don’t know energy balls yet: Energy balls are made from dates, dried fruits and nuts. Depending on what you add to this basic ingredients you get different tastes, such as fruity or chocolaty – you can make these little sweeties just to your taste.
For this almond cranberry energy balls you should process the almonds first, because they are harder than cashews and wouldn’t get chopped properly between the sticky dates.
Enjoy!
Love,
Rina
