Zutaten/Ingredients
  • 80 g (3 oz) almonds
  • 80 g (3 oz) pitted dates
  • 30 g (1.5 oz) dried cranberries
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 pinch vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp maca - optional
Zubereitung/Instructions
  1. Finely chop the almonds in a food processor. Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix until a sticky mixture forms.
  2. Depending on how juicy your dates are, you might add 1 - 2 teaspoons water, to make the mixture a bite more sticky.
  3. Take a heaped teaspoon of the mixture and roll into a ball. Do so until the mixture is rolled into 10 - 12 energy balls. Keep refrigerated and eat within a week.
