So nice to have you here. This page is about the life of one hungry vegan. You’ll find a lot of recipes here for delicious, abundant vegan meals such as salads, soups and noodle dishes but also forsweet treats like donuts, cupcakes and cakes. I also write about my hiking adventures, dining out and my kitchen garden. Join me, as I enjoy what mother earth has to offer and watch my veggies changing through the seasons. All posted recipes, I have cooked and tested myself. I divide the duration in active and passive time, so you can easily plan your meals according to the time you have. I almost never use air circulation inmy oven, so for all recipes upper and lower heat applies. Except when I particular write it next to the temperature. I try to write every important detail of the instructions to make sure, the results at your home are as good as mine. But if there is anything unclear, if you need any tips or help don’t hesitate to contact me and I will try to help you as good as I can.
